Machining Services Machining services are a specialty of Ellstrom Manufacturing; providing cutting, routing, drilling and specialty machining to exact customer specifications. Ellstrom manufactures soft formed, thermal formed, high and low pressure melamine and veneered surfaces in a wide variety of colors, woodgrains and finishes. Ellstrom handles a variety of custom projects requiring innovative and creative solutions. Quality Control Quality control is the most important facet of the production process at Ellstrom. Each operation is programmed and simulated by our engineering and design staff before being released to plant operations. This eliminates errors, saving time and materials and allows Ellstrom to maintain an exacting and streamlined operation from start to finish. Technicians Ellstrom technicians work directly with our customers CAD files to determine the most desirable machining and manufacturing process.
